Returns & Exchanges
At Nectar Home Decor, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy below to understand your options.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1.1. Timeframe: You may return or exchange most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
1.2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
1.3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom-made or personalized furniture.
Clearance or final sale items.
Assembled or used products.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
3.1. Step 1: Contact our customer service team at nectardecore@gmail.com or +353 89 970 1090 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM) to request a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
3.2. Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
3.3. Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and tags. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
3.4. Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
4. Refunds
4.1. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4.2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4.3. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
5. Exchanges
5.1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item.
5.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

7. Store Returns (If Applicable)
If you purchased your item from a Nectar Home Decor retail store, please return it to the same store with your receipt.
